Shipping Information
All merchandise will be
shipped UPS unless a different method of shipment is requested.
Please keep in mind UPS will not deliver to
a Post Office Box. Please be sure to enter a street address when
completing the shipping address information on the site. We
will only ship within the Continental United States. As our shipping
rates are based on the actual weight of the products you order, once your
order is placed we will contact you with the actual total cost of the
product for confirmation of your order.
Delivery Time
Our goal is to promptly
ship your order within 2 business days. If for any reason we have an
unforeseeable delay in processing your order, we will advise you of the
delay.

Orders
We strive to keep our merchandise listed available at all times,
however, should an item be out of stock we will contact you upon receipt
of your order. You can then choose to wait or cancel the order.
Return Policy
You can return your purchases to us at
Fred's on Beech Mountain or by mail. Bring/mail in the receipt with
your return, specifying whether you want a return or an exchange.

Sales Tax
Fred's General Mercantile is
required to charge sales tax to North Carolina purchasers. If you are
ordering from outside of North Carolina, you will not be charged sales
tax. Sales tax will not be charged when buying gift certificates.
Sales tax will be charged on purchases when the gift certificate is
presented for payment.
