We are open from 7:30 a.m. 'til 10:30 p.m. to help you with every aspect of your trip.  Start with a visit to our shop to pick up your rental equipment, last minute accessories or that complete outfit you've been waiting for. We have been in the snowsport business for 28 years on Beech. With the mountain's best ski and board techs available to help you with all of your equipment needs, we take pride in our ability to offer one-on-one attention to our customers.  Whether you consider yourself an expert or are just starting out, we are happy to help you and to answer any questions you may have.

SKI RENTALS

 

Fred's Ski Shop features shaped skis by Head and Rossignol, Salomon bindings and rear entry boots.  Each customer is individually fitted for safety and comfort.  We fit boot sizes from a child's size 8 to an adult's size 16 1/2.  All rental skis are tuned and waxed.  Operating since 1980, we take pride in the fact that so many of our customers return year after year to rent Beech Mountain's best maintained rental skis.

Accessory   Rentals

If you are 16 years old, you may sign the rental form with a valid driver's license, if not, you must have someone 21 years old signing for you that has a valid driver's license.  If you are under 16 years old you will need someone 21 years old to sign your rental form.

Snowboard Rentals

Snowboarding continues to be the fastest growing snowsport.  At Fred's you can find out why.  We feature Atomic snowboards and Atomic strap-in bindings.  We offer comfortable, individually fitted boots in a full range of sizes for kids and adults.  As with our ski equipment, our snowboarders are individually fitted for safety and comfort.  Our experienced snowboarding staff is happy to assist you with all of your snowboarding needs.

Fred's Ski and Snowboard Rentals can equip you and your family with everything you need for the slopes.  From last minute accessories to a complete ski outfit, Fred's has the latest in technical and fashionable snowsport attire to keep you warm and comfortable.  We carry a wide variety of clothing and accessories from companies such as Columbia Sportswear Co.,  Wigwam, Trespass, Mental Headwear, Turtle Fur,  Hot Chillys, Section, and Seirus, ...just to name a few!  We can outfit the entire family from head to toe!

Do you own your skis or snowboard?  If so, visit our tune-up shop.  From waxing and sharpening to a structured base and filed edge bevel, our expertly trained ski technicians can make your skis glide like new.  We also perform major base repairs and offer quick tune-ups on skis and quick tune-ups on snowboards.  We give free estimates and use Toko wax products.
